A visit to the
Fort Rosecrans National Cemetery just west of downtown San Diego took my breathe away and reminded me that the Freedom we so enjoy as Americans is many things, but Free is not one of them. There are 101, 079 graves at Fort Rosecrans National Cemetery dating back to 1882.
It sounds cliche' to say that pictures speak louder than words - yet in this situation this blogger's words seem small and feel like unwanted company to this post.
